4.User Conduct and Acceptable Use

• Generate, request, or share content involving minors in sexual or suggestive contexts
• Create characters or content depicting real, identifiable individuals without their consent
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or harm others
• Engage in illegal activities or solicit illegal acts
• Generate content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hate speech
• Attempt to bypass, hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service or its AI systems
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service without authorization
• Share account credentials or transfer your account to others
• Distribute spam, malware, or malicious code
• Violate intellectual property rights of FantasyX or third parties
• Use the Service to generate content for commercial use without our authorization

5.User-Generated Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any characters, scenarios, or other content you create ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant FantasyX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service.

5.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, review, edit, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our content policies. We may use automated systems and human moderators to enforce our community standards.

5.3 Reporting Violations

6.AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

FantasyX uses advanced artificial intelligence to generate conversational responses. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is fictional and may not be accurate, reliable, or appropriate
• AI characters do not have real emotions, consciousness, or human relationships
• Responses may sometimes be unexpected, offensive, or factually incorrect
• FantasyX is not responsible for the specific content generated during conversations
• You should not use AI conversations as a substitute for professional advice (medical, psychological, legal, financial, etc.)
• The Service is intended for entertainment and creative purposes only

7.Subscriptions, Purchases, and Refunds

7.1 Subscriptions

FantasyX offers premium subscription plans that provide access to enhanced features. Subscriptions:

• Automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Are billed through your Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other payment provider account
• Can be canceled at any time through your platform's subscription settings

7.2 In-App Purchases

FantasyX may offer virtual items, credits, or other digital goods for purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

7.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Please contact the store directly to request a refund. We do not process refunds independently except where required by law.

7.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices and in-app purchase prices at any time. Price changes for existing subscriptions will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the next billing cycle.

8.Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, graphics, text, AI models, and original characters, is owned by FantasyX and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service
• Use FantasyX trademarks or branding without prior written permission
• Remove copyright notices or other proprietary markings
• Use our official characters or content outside the Service without authorization

9.Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in the app or by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

Upon termination, no refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods, except as required by law.

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated content will meet your expectations or be free from errors
• Any defects will be corrected
• The Service will be compatible with your device

11.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANTASYX AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FantasyX, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FantasyX operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class actions to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

15.Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FantasyX
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights at any time
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
